Together with accommodation partners, Booking.com is making it easier for both governmental and non-governmental agencies to book free and discounted rooms for those in need.

How it works

Sign up for a Booking for Business account using the button below, using your organisation contact email. Once you have created an account, click 'contact us'. Select the option 'I do not find my request' and provide us with the name and email you used to create your Booking for Business account. We will then activate the special rates and respond to your request letting you know what is available.

Costs and pricing

The platform is completely free to use. Together with our partners, we aim to provide as many free* rooms as possible. While some of these rooms may show at a fee of €0.1, the intention is not to charge for this service. In the case of discounted rooms, partners are offering at least 50% off their standard rates.
